WaterStep Bringing Emergency Relief to Turkey
WaterStep is currently deploying equipment to help the victims in Turkey after a devastating earthquake rocked the nation on Feb 6th. We are partnering with the Ahiska Turk Community in Louisville to send aid to those affected by the recent disaster. A shipment of 40 BleachMakers and 40 5-gallon buckets containing salt left WaterStep Friday, Feb 10th and is en route to Chicago via semi-truck where it will be flown to Turkey courtesy of Turkish Airlines. Once in Turkey, the BleachMakers will be distributed to clinics and hospitals to sanitize and disinfect the facilities. 
This horrible disaster has already claimed more than 16,000 lives with an additional 66,000 people suffering injuries. With your help, we can minimize pain and suffering due to unsanitary conditions and unsafe water. Please consider donating to our Disaster Relief Fund today.
