Give to Nepal and help thousands of people get safe water.
Since the devastating earthquake hit on April 25th, we at WaterStep worked to establish a connection with a network of churches, disaster response groups, and social organizations in Kathmandu, and these partners stored their water equipment and helped conduct training. A team of WaterStep staff and volunteers traveled to Kathmandu in July to train the local responders on how to install and use the equipment. Along with this team, we have sent 100 water purifiers that can bring safe water to thousands through training. This in-country training method has been implemented by WaterStep for several years, including in 2014 when we responded to the typhoon in the Philippines.
Donate to the Nepal safe water relief efforts and help offset the costs of equipment and transportation support the continued work with the people of Nepal.
